Building a small business brand from the ground up

This start up lifestyle coaching brand needed a full strategic work up.
Beginning with audience testing and comparator research, I worked with the business owner to develop a USP and identify key audience segments.
Based on the findings of our research, we identified a brand persona that would work best for marketing to the brand’s primary audiences - military and healthcare workers - without alienating potential stretch audiences.
After discussions with the owner about the USP and what made her approach unique, we developed a branding toolkit that suited both this business and the key audiences.
We then worked together to develop some initial brand marketing language, a content strategy, and developed a full suite of brand assets to be used on Canva, the client’s preferred content creation platform.
